How is Connekt billed? +

Per seat, monthly. The price shown is for one seat, and you add seats as the team grows.

What are notetaker hours? +

Each seat comes with a monthly allowance of AI meeting capture: 30 hours on Pro, 90 on Team and 150 on Business. AI search and chat are unlimited on every plan.

Is importing my current database included? +

Yes. The drag-and-drop importer, including AI field matching, is part of every plan. If your export is difficult, our team can help you work through it.

What is included in Outreach? +

Outreach is where you build a multi-step email sequence for the candidates in a project: the initial message and the follow-ups, run from Connekt. It is available on Team and Business plans.

Can we add seats or change plan later? +

Yes. Seats can be added as you hire, and you can move between plans as the team changes.

How do we buy? +

Plans are demo-led for now. We walk through the product with you, confirm the plan that fits and set your team up.
